1. These prices are net and all type of taxes shall be charged extra.
2. Goods shall be suppled through Bank Builty/V.P.P. sold goods can not be taken back.
3. 2% CST will be charged against ‘C’ Form otherwise 5% sales tax shall be charged.
4. All prices are of polythene pack. If you should packing in plastic containers. Extra charges shall be payable.
5. Please write your full address, Telephone and Mobile number clearly. If goods are required to be sent by rail parcel. Please write the nearest railway station.

6. Please send 25% advance with your order.
7. We give proper care for packing before dispatch. We will not undertake any liability for any damage in transit.

     In the event of any fault in the VPP. Please take the delivery. Fault shall be rectified on receipt of your letter.
9. On order of goods valued under Rs. 5,000, Packing, Postage & Freight charges shall be charged extra.
10. For all the Judicial disputes Kasganj Courts shall have the only jurisdiction.
